[問題] 馬鈴薯要弄成泥

首先把馬鈴薯切塊
然後放到電鍋蒸
不知道為什麼
我幾乎都要蒸個兩三次馬鈴薯塊才能輕易的壓成泥
應該不是電鍋的問題吧(還能煮飯等等 沒壞)
有看到板友是放到微波爐加熱
我也試過
大概十分鐘吧 是能壓成泥沒錯
但是用微波爐的缺點
就是馬鈴薯塊的表面都會變得太乾 這樣只有中間的泥是好吃的..
還是比較喜歡電鍋蒸出來的馬鈴薯壓成泥 比較均勻
但為什麼我需要蒸這麼多次才會爛呢? 我應該沒切很大塊呀..
