[問題] 鬆餅粉做起來像粿...
請問為什麼我用鬆餅粉做出來中間都很像粿那樣,很像沒發的感覺...
已經試過放冰箱.糊放20分再用.冒泡再蓋.不過度攪拌,但還是一樣,可以請大家教教我
嗎?好困惑...
我是用茶家鬆餅粉,用鬆餅機做,謝謝!
100g粉,50cc奶,5cc油,1顆蛋(冰的)
1.全部秤好加在粉裡只有攪拌均勻。
2.靜置20分。
3.鬆餅機預熱好後,糊加下去,表面ㄧ點點小冒泡即蓋起蓋子,然後反面,過了2分才翻
回來。
