[問題] 大失敗的提拉米蘇可以怎麼用已刪文
做了大失敗的提拉米蘇,吃了幾口之後有點不想面對,餅乾底是最令人安慰的部分了
先說過程:
1.三顆蛋黃我放成三顆蛋,而且已經開始攪拌了才發現
2.買不到馬斯卡彭起司就用cream cheese代替
3.用超級好吃的雜糧餅乾代替手指餅乾(但是這是整個提拉米蘇失敗品中最好吃的部分
(然後應該沾黑咖啡的我因為不能碰咖啡改沾紅茶
4.忘記自己平常泡的的巧克力粉是鹹的,毫不遲疑地加下去了
5.忘記起司是鹹的,隨便加了一點糖,忽視食譜上要求250克糖,份量差距甚遠
6.因為蛋太多無法成型,冰了很久還流來流去(所以還一氣之下冰到冷凍庫
我知道錯了orz
現在的問題就是,吃了四分之一後我有點不想再吃(因為太鹹
上來請大家幫我想想有cream cheese跟蛋的鹹鹹醬狀物有什麼發揮的空間
好讓我...不要太對不起那些乳牛跟雞(下跪
