[問題] 燉蘿蔔+白米=去除苦澀味?!
大家午安
本來想燉個蘿蔔當便當菜
意外看到有加白米或是洗米水的用法
說是能夠去除苦澀味
不知道原理是什麼呢?
因為現在家裡只有煮過冷凍的白米和未拆封的糙米
如果可以的話想要丟冷凍的熟白米試試看
可是又很怕燉了一鍋一點都不好吃的蘿蔔QQ
請問有板友有相關的經驗嗎?
