[問題]煎牛排出血水
想請問煎牛排的問題
之前跟朋友買了牛排,大概1.x公分厚,按照版友教的做法
先冷藏退凍,要煎之前從冷藏拿出來10分鐘,熱鑄鐵鍋到油冒煙,接下來單面各煎約2分鐘(不敢吃太生)
可是拿起來放盤子就一直不斷出湯汁…
是什麼原因、該如何改善呢?
