[問題] 舒肥牛排請教
買了Anova那根棒子, 心血來潮買了好市多Choice等級的沙朗
按照APP裡頭Ribeye steak食譜,用53.9的溫度舒1小時
然後大火煎表面各約30秒, 成色是不錯, 但斷面蠻失敗的

不知道這樣做是幾分熟(個人敢吃3分), 但口感跟味道仍比不是像西提等級的餐廳
因為我秉持吃原味的堅持, 不管在料理前或後都沒加任何調味料
感覺浪費了一塊牛排($$$), 心在淌血 ~>"<~
看影片教學都蠻簡單的, 沒想到自己做完變這樣, 請教版上的高手們
是哪裡出了問題, 或是能如何改善嗎?
