[問題] 醃製雞胸肉炸後有微酸味
味醂1 醬油3 米酒3 胡椒 五香粉 醃料就如上
裹地瓜粉下去炸 為啥吃起來會有微酸的感覺?
雞胸肉很新鮮 不是肉壞掉那種臭酸~
