[問題] 肉燥應該清洗嗎?

請問大家,買回來的肉燥會清洗過後再料理嗎?像排骨可以熱水川燙,但是肉燥清洗後,
好像會散開且無法逼出油脂? 但是不洗好像有一點...怪怪
