[問題] 如何讓水煮料理(燙青菜)有味道

大家好~因為租屋環境只適合水煮料理
我想請教怎麼做才能讓水煮的東西「有味道」
我每天晚上都自己燙青菜、豆腐、蛋、肉...來吃
我的方法很簡單
就只是等水滾了再把東西都放進去
然後撒點鹽~加個鮮味炒手~
(我不喜歡醬油所以很少用)
可是煮出來的東西完全只有它們原本的食物味 囧
所以我每次都要加泡菜蓋過味道才敢吃
我的調味料好像都融入水裡了...
因為有次在加泡菜前剛好喝到湯
才發現湯蠻好喝蠻有味道的(哭)
目前是想說
可能去買瓶初榨橄欖油或先弄昆布高湯之類的
我的昆布高湯想法來自於火鍋店 囧
也有想過柴魚片,可是我對柴魚片完全沒概念
