我本身是少吃甜食，所以動手做的念頭幾乎沒有了，只能用查詢的方式 以下有我隨意在International Vegetarian Union (IVU)網站所查詢的一些Vegan (嚴格素食)甜點食譜 其他網站就沒時間查了 國外vegan的食譜真的很多呀 當中有一些模仿蛋糕口感之食譜 有的是用雞蛋取代粉產品，因為有特殊調製， 可能會比使用單純的發粉或蘇打粉來得像蛋糕 大部分則直接用發粉(baking powder)，但口感可能不太一樣 裡頭滿常使用植物奶的 部分還是有用人造奶油，但也不一定需要就是了 或是可買專程模仿人造奶油的產品 雖然一開始動機是想查蛋糕類怎麼使用vegan素材來模仿 但我都把幾乎全部甜點貼過來了，只過濾掉一些類似飲料的食譜 有些原本就不需要特別的素食配方 只是想告訴大家素食真的很豐富 以後應該會有更多廠商推出吧 突然想到，李美玲有出兩本vegan食譜 生機新起點-無油、無糖、無蛋、無奶全健康食譜 生機迎生機－拒絕文明病天然健康食譜 因為她是吃太多甜點而生病了 但她本身很會做甜點 所以做出來的東西應該滿有水準的 (部份含五辛) 還有像101之one page也有一區有素食國外食譜，國內有翻譯當中數本 有興趣的人可以參考 1. 蘋果椰子下午茶旦糕 Apple and Coconut Tea Cake(使用雞蛋取代粉)
