[問題] 自烤麵包放隔天超級乾...
各位大大,又跑來請教大家了...
我第二次做的麵包,剛出爐吃還算過得去,
我出爐並放涼後,先存放在夾鏈袋裡,
可是為什麼放了隔天會超級乾呢???
((應該算最初級的那種歐式麵包))
請問各位高手,這個問題可能出在哪呢????
