[食譜] 芙蓉洋蔥苟杞蛋
材料:1.蛋數顆
2.半粒洋蔥
3.鹽少許
4.枸杞適量
5.牛奶(或清水)適量(視蛋的多寡而定)
備料做法:1.打蛋並加入鹽打均
2.半顆洋蔥橫面切(切完會依他本身的形狀散開)
3.枸杞泡熱水一分鐘,然後取出弄乾섊
做法:1.起油鍋
2.備料2丟入炒至金黃再放入備料3、再放入備料1
3.備料一下鍋約數秒即將牛奶倒入,炒至蛋成形即可上菜
ps.最好是用不沾鍋,因為把蛋倒入液體下去炒會沾鍋
