[問題] 法式吐司少了香味
我先把吐司泡蛋液,然後冰冰箱三小時
就只有泡蛋液,沒加牛奶或其他東西~
然後用小火慢慢煎,也有把鍋蓋蓋上一下下
煎出來顏色滿漂亮,口感也不錯,澎澎鬆鬆的不會太濕
但是!!!!!!!!!!!!!就是少一個香味阿阿阿阿
是因為我只泡蛋液嗎?要加什麼才會使吐司更香呢?
牛奶?鹽?奶油有版友說容易焦..不太敢嘗試............
有版友可以給我建議嗎~~~~~~~~
