[問題] 如何才能做出和黑門市場一樣濃稠的豆漿?
不曉得有沒有版友喝過大阪黑門市場裡的豆漿?
一小杯用紙杯裝100yen那種,也有一瓶賣的。
喝起來超濃、很厚的那種口感,
回來之後就好懷念,想說是不是市售的不夠濃,
前天自己做豆漿,比例是1比6,
以為應該可以做出像黑門市場喝到的口感,
結果雖然比起市售的自己做的真的比較香比較濃,
但仍不是那種很厚的口感,
不曉得大家明不明白我形容的口感(汗)
是1:6還是太多水,還是其實是有另外一種做法?
