[問題] 拿破崙千層酥用的義大利進口植物油脂?
在某個賣拿破崙千層酥很有名氣的XXX先生
因為被大家所垢病,所以捨棄氫化的起酥油(別名:瑪加琳)
改用"義大利進口植物油脂"做拿破崙千層酥
不知是否有人知道除了天然奶油及乳瑪琳之外
還可以用那一種未經過氫化的植物油脂做拿破崙千層酥?
