[問題] 波士頓派很硬又乾
小妹是超級烘焙新手,只有烤過2次重乳酪蛋糕跟焦糖香草布丁。想說父親節快到了,想
自己烤個波士頓派,於是參考了愛料理某位網友的配方,如下:
1.問題敘述/食譜配方:
中筋麵粉 200克
玉米粉 25克
泡打粉1.5茶匙
鹽 1/4茶匙
全蛋 3顆
糖 180克
牛奶 110cc
無鹽奶油 180克
a.將粉類過篩混合均勻備用
b.牛奶跟無鹽奶油加熱至奶油融化關火
c.全蛋加糖打發成蛋黃糊
d.將a的粉類分發3次加入c的蛋黃糊中拌勻,接著將b的奶類加熱至沸騰後分4次加入蛋黃
糊中全部拌勻
e.倒入9吋派模後在桌上敲幾下進烤箱
f.烤箱上下火皆180度,烤40分鐘左右。
g.烤完後倒扣放涼
