[問題] 無添加麵粉?
剛才看到了一個讓我很無言的真相,原本以為自己做的麵包最健康,沒想到連麵粉都可以
有添加物???!!!

「為了增加麵粉的賣相和口感,國內部分麵粉製造商都會在麵粉裡面添加化學物質偶氮
二甲醯胺(ADA)和過氧化苯甲醯(BPO),醫學研究發現,,已經用了20年,但恐怕誘發
氣喘、傷肝,甚至可能致癌。
其實最初的麵粉是米黃色的,加了過氧化苯甲醯(BPO)去除小麥中的胡蘿蔔素,就會讓
麵粉變白,小麥磨成麵粉後缺乏彈性和韌性,通常要花三到四周儲藏才有筋性,但只要加
偶氮二甲醯胺(ADA),就可以縮短時間變成只要三到四天」
看了真的很崩潰~
在此跪求各位前輩推薦無任何添加麵粉。感恩!(爬文看到洽發,是這個牌子嗎?還有其
他選擇嗎?謝謝!)

週儲藏嗎?
