[問題] 適合孕婦的營養早餐
目前早餐多半買外面現成的 火腿蛋土司 漢堡 飯團那類
不過怕咖啡因過多 飲料不點奶茶而點豆漿
有時直接買麵包配牛奶喝
不過這些東西畢竟熱量高 纖維少 對孕婦來說似乎不夠營養
剛剛爬文找關於早餐的介紹 多半是要花時間或是高熱量的食物
加上我現在對肉類和油煙特別敏感 烹調方式盡量不要煎或炒 不然很容易反胃
不知道有沒有適合孕婦 而且又能快速完成的營養早餐作法呢?
