[問題] 嫩仙草比例問題?

夏天快到了想做給小朋友吃純天然的仙草凍,一直呈現失敗狀態 !
失敗配方如下
100克仙草乾+6000克的水熬製12個小時,加入2.5%?5%?10%的地瓜粉皆無法凝結成嫩仙草
100克仙草乾+5000克水熬製8小時, 加入2.5%?5%?10%的地瓜粉皆無法凝結成嫩仙草
假如以不加小蘇打及吉利丁,只以地瓜粉或白米漿糯米漿為原料,配方還有哪裡可以修改
的地方呢?
有沒有自己做過純天然仙草凍的鄉民可以分享一下過程和比例~ 感謝各位
